The opening of Dope perfume is fresh like bergamot, mandarin, lemon, lavender, mint, aldehydes etc, but then it adds artemisia, sea grass, geranium and rose which are all relatively bold and polarizing notes. They all blend together to make an extremely unique scent. The aldehydes are a fantasy – theya are airy, clean and fresh notes with the mint and ginger creating an even fresher and a prominent spicy touch. The neroli, bergamot, mandarin orange, and lemon blend their accords into a note that is closer to the bergamot with a pinch of sweetness. The lavender, jasmine, geranium, and rose, are a floral touch, amongst whom the lavender is the prominent note.
The seagrass is the last of the prominent notes, a marine, aquatic and salty accord. The musk and amber are soft projecting accords. The opening of Dope is most noticeable, the citrus notes are more prominent but they tone down towards the dry-down, the rest of the notes remain from opening to dry-down. Dope perfume is relatively long lasting and has a moderate projection. The fragrance is best for summer and spring and is great for sports or as a daily-wear perfume.
